Q. Will my butcher cuts be raw or cooked when I pick them up?

A. Our Hand-Cut steaks and marinated meats will be raw. If you need custom services, such as prepared foods, contact Megan Fournier directly for a custom catering quote.


Q. Where do I pick up my order?

A. Your order may be picked up at our commissary location, 66 Union St Manchester, NH 03103. When you arrive, ring the doorbell at the front door, or call us at (603) 836-3903
